The Grand Galleries in Tracy has accepted my art tribute to breast cancer survivors called "I'm Still Beautiful"

The Grand Galleries has accepted my art tribute to breast cancer survivors called "I'm Still Beautiful" to be exhibited in their next season. Exact dates will be set later once their new budget is accepted. We still have many details to iron out but the important thing is we get to do my show in our new home town. The plan, as it stands, is we will have a big opening night and the exhibit will continue for 4-6 weeks after. I also plan to invite a couple health professionals to give informal… Continue

If anyone knows any artists (visual or performing) that might be interested in having their artwork electronically featured in an international exhibit about hope and courage, please contact me through here or through my website at Acceptance will be unfair and based on my personal opinion of whether the art supports the theme and works with the other art.

Looking for people who want to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in PEOPLE'S LIVES!

I have decided to bring my tribute to breast cancer survivors to the Central Valley and I need your help. I need people of all talents to help make this dream a reality. We can make a difference in people’s lives. If you can spare a little time in your schedule to help people realize that breast cancer can’t destroy the beauty that comes from within please contact me.

I need Your help

I am adding to my message of hope to survivors. Hope from you. I am looking for letters from breast cancer survivors. We all know of the horrors of breast cancer and I'm not discounting them at all. But out there there are wonderful stories about the first date after a mastectomy that scared you more than the surgery but came out wonderful. Or special people who helped support you through your ordeal, a daughter, a sister or your husband. Please share these stories with the people who need to… Continue

Congratulations as well Michael. I wish the City of Fresno has an Art Commissioner or at least fund the Fresno Arts Council to be the Arts Commissioner.

Michael - Don't leave this site...this community has so much to offer. I have found that the people in this online community have the kindest hearts, the best intentions, and are behind each others efforts. We are, in a strange way, a big family. We laugh with each other, we cry together, we fail together, we win together...and sometimes we fight amongst ourselves...but isn't that exactly what a family does? We all have a common share our art and art experiences. Don't give up us yet.

Just to mention, no disrespect to Victor, as this is his sight, I would never want to displease him. He is actually a very cool guy with an amazing mind. I think he really does have all of us artists best interest at heart. Hope you understand that. You are very talented.
