I have shows at various venues in the central valley.
Circumstances led me to move away from Fresno, a city that taught me sound lessons in life and a city that gave me a worldly educational foundation. For 20 years, the good people of Fresno reintroduced me to my Christian morals and standards. On October 15, 2010, I moved out of Fresno to live in the San Fernando Valley, near the Balboa Park.
I am working hard to make friends with local artists in Southern California. It is so great to live here, where people import and export just about anything and everything. Yes, it is great to live in this growing art market that challenges all known art rules in the whole history of art, going back to the pre-Christian era.
Above all, my current interest is to use art as a form of communication to worship God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. My main task in life to serve God. I adore God for His mercy, grace, love, and power.
My interest in art grew over time.
As a child, I loved to draw and to color. I loved all colors. I loved all shapes, forms, and sizes.
It was so spectacular just to be able to make my own markings on the page, a piece of paper. All of a sudden, I could enter a self-created, a self-envisioned world, and I could leap out of this world at any given moment, and I could enter this world again at any given moment. I could make this world predictable or I could take the opposite direction to make it appear unstable and adventurous.
Since 2002 I have invested much time and energy on my artistic endeavors. I am now experimenting—I have not found all of the answers to the problems I have been attempting to solve. It has been a work in progress. The journey is just as important as the results that I am working to discover. I have accepted the challenges along the way, because it helps to reawaken and strengthen the spiritual content, associated with art and life, and I believe it is all very, very, real--given my belief in one God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
