The food in the picture was a meal my son prepared for us yesterday, he is married to a beautiful Hmong girl. I love the way his love for her and their baby son has brought him such happiness! He cooks the traditional dishes that she loves so much. The food is awesome!

You sound like an onion so many layers, strong flavor but when you apply heat so sweet!

The whole world is out there having a good time, but I feel the sadness in the sky. I feel it deep within my soul. Is the world fun, or is this just a way to hide the pain and fear?
Remove my mask, see me for what I really am.
OK...that is not food related is it?
Well, only if I am really a piece of fruit or something. Lol.

Watermelon smoothy, chunks of watermelon, some water, sweetner (I use the real stuff aka sugar), frozen strawberries and a dash of milk, ice if needed, blend it up and drink slow, or you might get a brain freeze!
Healthy, full of vitamins and a good way to hydrate yourself too.

Mint chip icecream is better then #$%, I think. Well...it is pretty darn good just the same. I want to make homemade icecream, and have an icecream social. Sounds fun, huh?
