Thursday Lunch Jam at Milano

Every Thursday at noon I'm hosting an acoustic jam at Milano on the Fulton Mall. Anybody on any instrument is welcome to play. I'd like to thank regulars Louis and Tom and , lately Nye, for dropping by.

This jam started three or four years ago when Tom Walzem, of the Neptunes, posted a note at FresnoFamous. That Thursday at noon Tom and I met at the Fulton Mall clocktower with the young Patrick Contreras (still at Fresno State). It was hot out there. There was a loud preacher guy on the oval stage and there was nothing to drink. So we met at Fagan's the next week. We migrated over to Kern Street Coffee next then to Milano last year. We play mostly one to four chord jams, blues and old tunes.
