Tell me about HDR. I don't know what it is.
I used a combination of tools in Photoshop. This image took over an hour to get it where I wanted it. Some images take several hours. Most of my images try to convey a positive approach to life with choice of color and composition. Sometimes, I just start playing with the image and it takes on a meaning and look of its own. The title of this image is Moonlight Fall. Maybe wishful thinking took over - I would love to stumble upon this scene on a cool, moonlit night and watch the mist rise from the bottom of the fall. It would be so peaceful.

That looks great Terry... I am a starting photographer myself and I am interested in HDR. How did you treat the image below?

Here is the after image. (I guess I have to learn how to do "comments".

During a recent visit to Yosemite to shoot a wedding, my wife and I entered via Hwy 140 through Mariposa. We stopped at various spots to take some photographs. The image below is a before and after set of Cascade Falls near the Hwy 120 junction.
