I paint semi-abstracted representations of natural phenomena that point to impermanence. The etheric aspects of life remind me to be present. If I can offer a moment of peaceful reflection or share my sense of wonder then I feel I have made a contribution to the world. I think of art as a "helping profession."
Hi Julianna
Things have settled a bit. (Norms mom passed) . I miss seeing you. I take my Arte Americas exhibit down tomorrow. Where are you now? Oh that has soooo many meanings .
Give me a call?
love,
Linda
Hello Juliana is nice to hear from you. Unfortunately at this moment don't have any pictures of the San Joaquin River, but I know I have pictures of the Merced River. If you go to my web side you'll e able to see some of them, and they are beautiful "nice work you do Juliana".
I was so excited to see your beautiful paintings at Sierra Vista Mall today. My daughter was with me and was as enchanted with them as I am...thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you so much for your comments, when I am feeling discouraged I will read them again and again...after viewing your work I feel so honored to have you take the time to look at my attempts. I am still experimenting and searching for the style that best expresses my many feelings ... I feel I am learning so much and really enjoying myself!

Your work is so beautiful, I am so new at this but I love painting ,it gives me so much. My second arthop event is tonight...the venue is new and I am excited each month...when I feel insecure about my work it is a wonderful feeling to hear positive comments...and to actually have someone say thank you for sharing this with us is so encouraging! Thank you for your comments when I first joined,
Sandy Dobbs
