Profile Information

About:
I own, West Metalsmithing, which is a jewelry and sculpture studio located in the Central Valley of California.

The focus of my work is on the fabrication of one of a kind precious metal jewelry using mokume-gane metal laminates and non-traditional materials.

I also create a line of cast bronze and iron sculptures as well as small scale hand forged anticlastic sculptures.

"Also when figuring cost, do not forget to include consumables (sandpaper and such) and any waste materials-filings or loss from casting for example. These are often included in the floor cost for some folks, but should be kept track of."
