Devoya, I am coming to Fresno on Thursday evening for a job interview at Community Medical Foundation. I would love to talk to you about my artist Jazz Bassist and Educator Russel Blake. He has toured/performed/recorded with many in the industry from Sonny Rollins, Chaka Kahn, Brenda Russell, Pharoah Sanders, Hugh Masakela....his resume is extensive and long. He is an educator and conducts a music appreciation course that he has presented in 8 West African Nations and all over the US. He will be performing at Dizzy's in NYC February 2nd and conducting his Master Class at the New School of Jazz in NYC on Feburary 6th.
