am a tribal member of the Lipan Apache Band of Texas. So you'll find quite a bit of Native American influence throughout my current paintings. About two-and-a-half years ago I had started using feathers as my canvas to capture the beauty and naturalness of the Native American culture. Using acrylic paint on feathers is definitely a challenging, and sometimes tedious process. The detail and intricacy involved in each painting takes countless hours and concentration. But the rewards and uniqueness of the finished piece are so much more than my words can express. I often find myself having a hard time letting go of them. I just hope that everyone else will like them as much as I have enjoyed making them. By the way, all of these paintings that you see are HAND-PAINTED ORIGINALS. No two are alike.
