I have learned that the library does not require that its spokespeople be librarians (with MS degrees in library and information sciences), but spokespeople are to be approved by our Public Information Officer, Rocky Vang. I'm not sure what we'll talk about in a Central Valley Talk interview. I'm scheduled for one on Monday as President of Fresnans against Fracking. I have written you a longer message on your invitation.
