Its going to be another working weekend, so I won't be able to make it to the get-together on Sunday. Will wait for the next one and try again.

That's interesting. I just finish my first bigger sculpture that I try to make it without frame.

Sculpture Corner members - Try to see Andrew Ferrales-Metal Sculpturist This Thursday!!
Here is the Press Release:
Two well-known contemporary abstract artists team up to display inspiring large-format works, many of which have never been seen. Larry Hill a well-respected artist of long duration will preview many beautiful new paintings. Tom Greteman (formerly a principle in "The Gallery at the Park") will also preview new, large colorful canvas works that should fill up the 18’ X 25’ walls of K-Jewel Art Gallery nicely. Andrew Ferrales, a metal sculpturist will add 4 never before seen, metal sculptures to the mix. Plus we will have musical guests, The Super Lucky Catz playing on Art Hop night. We always provide food and drink for everyone. Los Angeles and San Francisco have nothing on us, this will be a great night! Thursday, Oct 1st from 5PM to 8PM 1415 Fulton Street. Across from the Warner's Theater, behind the Broadway Studios.

I'd like to try a get together, but would like to have a first meeting just the sculpture corner so we can get to work on posible events as a group or just get to know each other.

Hi Laura and Sculptor's Corner members. I went ahead and published a blog entry on exhibiting in galleries on the main page.
I hope that it will be helpful. I think I may have enough thoughts to add a few more parts to it.

Hi Laura: So what were some of your ideas?

Hi - Can't wait to see the pics from the festival! At least one suggestion from me would be tips and pointers on successfully submitting your work/artistic concept for public art installations.
