I use Adobe Photoshop in various version on MAc and PC.
I come from a Fine Art straight photography and photojournalism background. It is fun to dabble in the creative side of the digital technology and hope to see more here.

I have just gotten more into digital art using my photography. I have been using an old microsoft program called Picture it that has been fun but it is time to move onward and upward. I just bought the new Corel Paint shop Pro Photo X2. Now I need to learn how to use it.
I love changing my pictures to a work of art. I am even selling some at a small shop in Kingsburg, called Pamela's Boutique.

YO I'm Emily, I'm a self taught photoshop junkie, starting school this fall for Graphic Design. I've had a few jobs and am looking forward to advancing :)

Hi- another self taught artist. I use photoshop cs. Have illustrator, just haven't ventured into it yet.
I use my photos and my art for manipulation. I have a blog up with some of my creations 'Digital Art and the Color Pencil' (think that's what I called it in the blog section.

Hi, I use microsoft digital image and am self taught. Used photoshop years ago. Entered one show with a maninpulated and enlarged photo on canvas where I got honorable mention. Mostly manipulate my own photos to create notecards and to display as art in my own home.

Derrick,
Did you get a chance to listen to Reggie's music style on myspace? That might provide some ideas. We have been working with the R and G as the main logo focus and build from there. Black and white are the color schemes. Maybe some celtic rope design could be incorporated in the stem of the two letters since Ginn is an old Irish family name. At one point I was trying to create the letters R and/or G with the outline of a cat silhouette sort of like Picasso's famous Camel painting.

Ok... let's start off by introducing ourselves.

I'm Derrick Vermin
I use Photoshop & Illustrator
I mainly manipulate photos/illustrations created by myself, but will often sample from many sources online.
I started using Photoshop in 1999. Self-taught.
I have not displayed any of my artwork in a gallery yet.
Always looking the next project that will teach me more about methods and techniques.
The site I go to for inspiration is Worth1000.com
